Acceptance

By using Tribute, including timetribute.ru and the Telegram bot В фокусе, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

Tribute provides a personal calendar assistant that can interpret user requests and perform Google Calendar actions after you authorize access with Google OAuth. The service may list events, create events, update event details, delete events, add descriptions or links, configure reminders, send agenda notifications, and generate productivity summaries.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for the messages and instructions you send to the bot, for reviewing calendar changes, and for keeping your Telegram and Google accounts secure. Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized activity.

Google Calendar authorization

Tribute acts on your Google Calendar only after you connect a Google account and grant the requested permissions. By instructing the bot to create, change, or delete calendar events, you authorize Tribute to send those actions to Google Calendar on your behalf. You can disconnect Google Calendar with the /disconnect command or revoke access in your Google Account settings.

Google and Telegram

The service depends on Google Calendar and Telegram. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account restrictions imposed by third-party providers.

Accuracy and availability

The assistant may misunderstand messages, produce incorrect suggestions, or fail to complete a requested action. You should review calendar changes, especially deletions, recurring events, reminders, attendees, locations, and time zones. The service is provided on an as-available basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information and Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the service, you agree that we may process information as described there.

Service changes and data deletion

We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features as needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, abuse prevention, third-party API changes, or operational reasons. You may stop using the service at any time, disconnect Google Calendar, revoke Google OAuth access, or request deletion of service data associated with your account as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update the service or these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or stop providing the service if needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or operational reasons.

Disclaimer

The service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
